The line is always long. Few stuff are working there. No receptionist over there. No one help you even seeing you there 10 minutes. So  I don't know who I should talk to. The teller is good. But what I experienced there is so so disappointed. I will not come back.

This bank is RACIST. BLACK PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I went to a white teller to deposite my cheque. My bass made an error wrote the cheque release date on the 16 when it should be on the 15. Luckily my bass was there and i ask him to change the date, he made the correction and puts in initals above it . The white lady said she would need to call," i said do what u ofto do" but. Instead gotvher supervisor to the issue she is having. I called my bass to come and varify the cheque but when the supervisor saw that he was black and i am black they ask him to varify his account and to varify where he got his money from. At this point he got to hard to bear n i ask for my cheque and left.

interesting this branch is a Chinese branch,  the teller and her manager ( I believe her name was Sara) talking to each other in Chinese and when I told her that you suppose to speak English, the manager said something in Chinese and she left 
very disappointed, and unprofessional branch, too bad for RBC that one lady can harm the brand!

The line is sometimes long - most I've ever waited for 15 minutes. They always want me to meet with the account manager though which is a tad annoying.
