Story

Cinderelli's Consignment Boutique is privately owned store that is a community partner with Providence Ministries, Safe Passage and BARC Animal Shelter. A portion of sales is donated to each to support their programs with our "Pay It Forward With Fashion Program". We accept clothing and accessory items less than 2 years old from high quality brands. We also accept beauty items, jewelry and modern home decor items. No appointment needed. Consigning ends 30 min prior to closing.

By FAR the most wonderful Diamond of a boutique!! I now only shop here due to the excellent customer service from the woman who manages it. I can ask her opinions on what I try on and get the honest answer I'm looking for. She herself always looks like a million bucks so I totally trust her judgement. She is always pleasant no matter how her day is going. I love the fact that she is very particular when choosing consignment items. They are modern, designer label, New/like new condition and priced at a bargain price! If she wasn't as choosy as she is, there wouldn't be as many FANTASTIC items to choose from. We as customers are almost guaranteed to always find a terrific item with some great shoes. Thank you for the great job and A+ effort you put into a great shopping experience! You are loved and very appreciated!

I love shopping at this store for perfume and high end make-up. I have consigned there once, and I wouldn't ever do it again; it seemed like they probably lost my $100 red Express dress (that had only been worn once) because when I asked if it sold, the woman at the counter said that I didn't have anything by that description on my list.

Obnoxiously rude and self absorbed. Brought items, beautiful, name brand items. Have done so in the past too. She would not even LOOK at them. Immediately said, no. When asked why she could not give explanation. Just said, "they can't be anything on this list" and hands over a list. When asked again which reason on the list, she could not answer. Just kept repeating, "I know what my customers like." How do you know if you don't physically look at the items? Talked as if I were trash and anything I were to bring in was not "worthy". Hate to break it to you, but the "high class designer brands" you are wearing, are from people like me who bring them in to consign cheap and you get first pick. So you shouldn't be aloof like you are better than others. Also, from reading your response to another customers unhappy review, you come off as trash. You are more about money than the customer. You can't give someone a quick phone call right before you donate their items? Just as a reminder or to make them aware if they haven't looked at the contract in months. If you can't take constructive criticism when someone has a rotten experience at your store, then you shouldn't be a business owner. Now take that and shove it, because you just lost quite a few customers and their respect.

The clothes are in great condition. Prices are better than Savers and the clothing is better quality! Very cute shop

I NEVER review places but this little gem of a shop and owner (love her) are outstanding. My experience was bringing a dress in and having her hand pick jewelry with me to compliment my outfit! Diane you ROCK!
