The location is convenient. Staff are incredibly friendly and anyways helpful. This is a small hardware store and while they may not have everything the larger stores have they do have everything I've needed for small to medium sized jobs.

Convenient location, helpful staff. Usually has what I need, without a longer trip to the box stores, albeit at a less competitive price.

Wednesday my wife and I went to Rocky's to get rubber chair leg covers.  Had a great associate.  Unfortunately we need more than they had.  So the associate went to see if he should order it on line for us but saw they were coming in on a shipment on Friday and will be in around noon and an associate would be able to get to it by 5.
Today is Friday and my wife went by at 5.  Unfortunately the associates on today are not very good.  She was told she should have had a rain check (wasn't on sale) or some way to flag it so she could get it.  They are very busy and she should check back on Saturday and Sunday because they don't have time to help her.
What grade would you give this store.  One star seems very generous right now.  Mark and Mary Lambert South Hadley, MA.

This is a great store, the staff is very nice and there are many different products to choose from!

Always very helpful and friendly. And convenient! Love having such a great hardware store right here in town.
