Fun fun! Large screens, surround sound, 3d, comfortable seating, security, concerned staff! Left my cell phone called they had 1 that met my description. Following day they allowed me to pick it up! They are honest! If course their candy drinks are like all theatres. Expensive but all theatres food is. They have special prices 1 day a week on tickets and at curiae prices, too.

My wife and I always enjoy coming during matinee time. The popcorn is great as well as the other refreshments. All of the staff is courteous, friendly and professional. One of our favorites is Jean who takes tickets during the day. She always asks how we enjoyed a particular movie and seems to be aware of the plots.

Overall love going to the movies, and Cinemark provides a good experience for the avid movie watcher. However the Pueblo Cinemark theatre could stand some improvements. The theatre needs to improve it's maintenance there are several seats that have been broken for over a year and have not been repaired. Also the concession stands many times are under staffed with long wait times . Also we like to go to early shows and many times the theatre opens only 15-20 minutes before the first show opens. In contrast the Colorado Springs Cinemark is almost the perfect movie experience open early, neat and clean and we'll maintained and staffed. I almost forgot about the luxury loungers, the supreme comfort powered recliners, just don't go tired or you will be out like a light...

A good movie theater. There are many movies to choose from. The lines are never too long. The theaters and bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and quick to give a smile. But most importantly, the true measure of a movie theater, the popcorn is fresh, hot, and covered in butter. What more could you ask for?

Movie was supposed to start at 6:15. Instead I waited in line until 7:00 with popcorn and drink in hand. Once in the theater they had us sit through over thirty minutes of ads and previews. I made a complaint and I didn't here back from management for over a month then to add insult to injury they tell me in an email " I do not recall any issues happening that night, so would appreciate any additional information.". Honestly I didn't see any management much less anyone over the age of 18 so if management was there that night they should be ashamed for this poorly run theater. Save your money and stay away from this place!
