The backpack ban policy at Cinemark theaters To those who are entering Cinemark theater near you and are wearing your backpack. I want to warn everybody attending the Cinemark theater that you're no longer allowed to bring your backpack or big bag in the Cinemark theater anymore. While this is done for safety and security measures. It's a big problem for people who bike and walk and who don't have a car and wear their backpacks wherever they go and have nowhere to put their backpack safely away. Cinemark doesn't have backpack locker service and the employees don't watch over peoples backpacks or big bags. I'm very disappointed that there's no protection for backpacks. I want to watch movies at Cinemark and enjoy their comfy seats and arcade games and movies, but now I'm unable to go to Cinemark theater because of the backpack ban and no locker service for backpacks. Please let the Cinemark company know that there needs to be a locker service for checking backpacks and big bags, then safely putting away backpacks and big bags. I'm sorry for the major inconvenience caused by those people who can't bring backpacks or safely put them away to prevent theft or loss of items. I hope Cinemark provides backpack locker service in every Cinemark since the backpack ban is now in place of every Cinemark theater which is a big drawback since there's nowhere to put away our backpacks.

Comfy seats. Clean bathrooms. Good popcorn. We can always find perfect seats even for a late Tuesday night showing (only 5 dollars per ticket). You just have to buy the tickets earlier that day. And Sundays are always empty, so pick any seat you like. They recently just upgraded all their seats. Definitely one of the best movie theaters around.

Great theater. It's nice to see they make security a priority. Armed guards are stationed there. It's not an unsafe area, in fact it's a great area it's just nice to know they don't take any chances.

We love this theater. We actually choose this for every movie. ALL seats are reclining fluffy wide chairs. All of them are better than similar theaters who sell expensive chairs. My only complaint: They don't have the new freestyle drink machines. No diet decaffeinated drinks.

This is a good theater that is trying hard. The staff is helpful. The place is clean enough. The prices are competitive. I haven't had issues with long lines ever. The recliners are spacious and comfy. My only reservations with offering a 5-star review are: As a tall person (just over 6') the leg rests on the recliners come mid-calf, and my feet fall asleep about an hour into the movie. The self-service kiosks require some patience, as the touch screens will not get your selection for seats without some repetitive and persuasive application of appropriate pressure. Otherwise, it is a great place.
