Great location, quiet, very lovely hotel, great pricing! I rate the hotel a 10 because they have breakfast! The rooms are beautiful, very comfty, BUT the cleaning needs work with dusting all the furniture was dusty, the coffee area, and bathroom as well. Changing the shower curtain would be nice too! So i rate the room a 8. Will DEFINITELY come here again. I love this hotel :)

Recommended the La Quinta to my family after staying at one of the El Paso, Texas locations. Got to visit with them while they stayed at this location, and was actually shocked at how nice it was. Looked as if everything had been recently remodeled. Also, they had very friendly staff members to help my family whenever they needed assistance, and staff did a great job of keeping up with their free breakfast service - they made sure everything was fresh for the guests who showed up a little later in the morning.

This hotel is beautiful! The pool area stays open late which is wonderful for me and my kids since we had to check in so late. Amazing staff! Harley Quinn was so helpful!!!! And the price was absolutely unbeatable for the quality!!!!

Best stay at this La Quinta ever. This property has been newly remodeled and is super dog friendly. The staff was efficient, kind and made every effort to assure our stay was nice. Breakfast was the standard American free Breakfast, mostly carbs, but had meat and eggs as an option. LOVED the dog stations outside and the tile floors in our room. Thank you for the wonderful stay. If I ever return to the Orem area, we will be staying here.

Attn: Danielle, LQ Customer Care Danielle, We travel quite often and since May have made several trips from Portland Oregon to Phoenix via Boise, Salt Lake, Flagstaff etc. We have stayed at several La Quinta hotels, most recently in Caldwell ID (June 4, July 2 and July 22). On this last trip (Aug 9), we decided to stay in the Provo UT area and made reservations at La Quinta, Orem. We arrived after midnight in our crew cab pickup (loaded) with our 16 foot cargo trailer (also loaded) attached. It was quite a surprise to end up at the top of a dark 180 degree uphill drive to find a parking lot with no possible exit (with a trailer), other than backing down the driveway (no sign or any other type of warning about the parking lot situation). I had an unpleasant discussion with the guy behind the desk. I would be happy to discuss this in detail (too lengthy to type out) if you would like me to call. When I told him that I couldn't back down the driveway and would have to park where it was and his reply was "go right ahead and see how that works out for you" I immediately decided that somehow I would get out of that parking lot and never return. After backing down the driveway (with the help of one of your customers) I decided that this clown in charge had not only convinced me that I would never return, but I would never stay at another La Quinta again. I am over 70 and when I say never, it definitely means NEVER. I know a lot of people who travel and will discuss this event in detail with anyone who is at all interested.
