Did not clean the carpet as well as I was told, could not get some basic stains out but the biggest issue was the damage caused to most of our metal file cabinets attached to the desks. The process left unremovable stains that look horrible and will cost quite a bit of money to have repainted but since we could not show 100% proof it was them, we had to pay for the service and the sad fact is Cintas could not prove 100% it was not them. The stains were not there on Friday night but just happen to appear on Monday morning after the cleaning. It may be time for a move away from Cintas completely.
