Three stars instead of five because only one person showed up to clean the carpets. Everytime before we have gotten two people which made their moving the furniture easy. With only one person, while he said he had sliders he could use, they weren't used and he just slid the sofa and large chair over a bit while he did one half of the room and then slid back. There was other large furniture that I slid because it looked like the carpet areas underneath weren't going to be pretreated if I didn't. As a result, my sliding streteched the carpet. The carpet cleaning was fine and the one guy working was very polite. Just would prefer two people.

Unfortunate experience. After the tech left, I rented a Rug Doctor, and pulled up 5 (honest to God, 5) buckets of brown, soiled water - ALL from my living room carpet. Stopped after 5 so as to not over saturate the carpet, and didn't get a chance to work the other carpet areas before having to return the Rug Doctor. Have not had the chance to hire a new cleaner, or do more Rug Doctor work, since we're in the middle of moving and I already lost a full work day trying to do the work they didn't do. Called the customer service line, and was offered a free of charge cleaning the next day - not doable, given my (now) extended work hours this week to make up for earlier, and I don't really trust them to do it right on a second chance - especially if it's coming from the same branch. They told me I'd get a call back from the manager after 2 business days, but as of yet, no response. Glad I took pictures, already showed them to my bank and getting a credit back to my account. But, it's not going to correct what happened, I still have to pay for a proper cleaning job, and/or spend more of my time trying to get my home ready to hand back over to my landlord.

They came out today to do a moisture test for my homeowners insurance, and even tho my wall is crumbling from water damage, they said that there's no moisture. The sheetrock is wet to the touch and they think there's no moisture. Not a proper inspection at all!

The people are very nice to do business with. Very pleasent. The first time they came I was not satisfied at all. I called them. They instantly gave me another appointment. This time the job was done right. Thank you guys.

So disappointing!! I had to call 6 times to get my rug back. NO ONE called me back. 2 weeks late.The most frustrating part was that no one calls you back and they wont give you any numbers to contact the dealer that has your rug directly! Are you kidding me? Would never go here again. Came back with tons of dirty black marks on the edges, that they are supposedly sending someone back to clean them. oh yay. now I have to wait again, lovely.
