Utterly disgusted with this dealership has been nothing but an issue since we purchased our vehicle and the only thing that the people you talk to on the phone are good at is saying I'm sorry for theirmistakes continuously. And once again we are out of a vehicle for 2 days an I need to accommodate our ways back-and-forth to work ourselves. Best part about this are parts have been sitting there for almost 2 weeks we were informed today how are we supposed to know that. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst nightmare!

Great dealership...Was treating the way I should be after bad experience at another Ford dealer.  They fixed a problem that other store couldnt and my vehicle now runs great.  So happy with the service, my wife bought her new Escape at Souderton and will continue to go there for years to come.  Special thanks to Jeff the GM and Joe and Mike

I've owned a Ford Focus for 4 years now, and recently I had an issue with my PCM. I took my car to this dealership for the necessary repairs, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone here. They were knowledgeable, and communicative. I was very impressed with how much individual time they took with me and my vehicle. Thank you for fixing my car! You guys in the service department are the best!
