I can't disagree with the reviews here more. This store is more "upscale" than all the others of its type in this area. Its clean, orderly with a wide selection! The staff (owner included) was very relaxed and friendly. No pressure. Very helpful when needed. On Yelp are reviews that back up mine here. We used to go to their original store when it was down the road and had just as pleasant experience there. My girl and I highly recommend this store to all our friends and to whoever reads this !

I'm a type 1 diabetic who wears an insulin pump and Continous Glucose Monitor. 
My husband and I were shopping when my CGM went off. So I looked at it and then adjusted my pump. The (male) clerk comes charging in the side room and loudly snaps "No cell phones!"
He startled us both, and my husband told him that it was a medical device. He just repeats that cell phones aren't allowed. I told him that it was a CGM and pump. And he mutters that cell phones are not allowed on the premises as he goes back to the main room. 
We ended up leaving without the items we selected because of how rude he was. He came across as very aggressive and angry and he made both me and my husband feel very uncomfortable.
I should not have to defend the wearing and using of my medical devices to some random stranger. The entire situation has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.

Went to this store with my mom to help me pick something out to surprise my fiancee... We had my 2 yr old nephew in his stoller and was unaware that he was not allowed in the store and the lady instead of approaching us in a nice calm manner was very abrupt and rude when telling us it doesn't matter 18 is 18 and not even a week old is allowed in... Yet he she let's her 8 yr old grandson who is covered under ins run around in the store... Will Never go back again... Went to Spice2Nite after thus and the staff there was so much more friendlier and helpful than the woman at the Ladies Room... Furthermore the woman at Spice2Nite told my mom that they would have been fine with my 2 yr old nephew in the store... Will Never come here again!!!!

Really off-putting employees need to realize how they come across.  One employee panicked when I checked the time on my cellphone, raising their voice to me and going on about the 'no photograph' policy.  If my partner didn't REALLY love this one outfit, I was honestly ready to walk out because of how I was treated.  Absolutely condescending.  Aside from the very awkward social interactions with the employees and feeling like they were on the brink of flipping out at several points during my interaction with them, the selection is very good for everything.  If I happened to be in town i might consider dropping in just for that.  But I'd have to take a tums first if that same employee was there.

The woman working there was extremely rude. I'm never going back. I have never felt more unwelcomed in a place than I did there. It's funny that someone else had this experience too who reviewed this store and it's nice to know it wasn't just us.
