Fantastic RV dealership. Ordered a Leisure Travel Unity and Luke was great in keeping me up-to-date on the order and explaining how the Unity worked when it came in. Brian, the finance guru, was great in getting me the exact financing I needed. No one was pushy and never sold me anything I didn't want. it was the best experience!!

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. They handled everything on the purchase of our new trailer, Including the transfer of insurance and registration from the old trailer to our new trailer. It was a totally painless experience and in fact very enjoyable! We drove away very happy campers indeed!

I actually drove from Arizona to purchase from Fretz. Had one small hiccup in the negotiation, but it was quickly resolved in a fair way to both ...The actual process upon my arrival was very personalized and trouble free. I have no regrets making this cross country trip to purchase a.Pleasure Way and very few bugs to work out. Financing was effortless with Brian and Al even drove me to the airport to return my car rental. Great bunch that makes you feel at home when you walk through the doors . Thanks Fretz !!!!

UPDATE 6/7/17 Ended up finding a unit at Fretz RV. While the sales person was nice and polite, he was "scatterbrained". So far happy with the unit, no leaks, no softness and operational. Very pleased with the reach out by Steve Fretz on my experience and his attention to the issues I experienced and his corrections on a used trailer. Based on Steve alone I would give 5 stars, based on the salesperson alone would be 3 stars. Thank you for your help with the items we discussed Steve. ORIGINAL BELOW Watch out for this place. They advertise units they do not have or still list as available even with being sold and NOT on their location. Went to their store today to find out about units listed online to see their "Used' board in the middle of the showroom. Nothing listed on the website was appearing on the board. Spent 20 minutes looking at the board and comparing to my phone, not once during this time did anyone even approach me to see if I required assistance. In this day and age people shop ONLINE first, if you are going to list having a unit online, then baring it being sold during that time, it should be on your lot available for inspection. When I submitted an online request for information I got an immediate response, but after a reply to the response never heard another thing from the sales person that emailed me, nor the manager that sent a request to find out how the initial contact was.

Great "buy" process, from meeting Luke Wilson at the Hershey RV , to negotiating the price, and most importantly picking up our RV. The paperwork was handled smoothly by Brian and when we had a small issue prior to leaving the service guys jumped under the van to find and correct the problem. Just an overall positive experience with a nice, friendly, and responsive organization. Well done !
