We bought a couch and sofa from the Pembroke store fours years ago when we lived in Marshfield. Last year we moved to Plymouth. This summer we noticed that the batting on the couch had been displaced and the stables were rubbing directly against the fabric. Several wear spots quickly became rather large easily noticeable holes. We contacted 6 local upholsterers in the towns of Plymouth, Sandwich and Wareham. None responded. We contacted the store in Pembroke, and the store manager drove down to see the couch on her way home the next day. She concluded it was a manufacturer's defect and contacted the president of Circle Furniture. The manufacturer provided new fabric and Circle sent down a highly skilled professional to fix the couch. All this occurred within a week, and there was never a mention of warranties, etc. We could not have been more pleased.
