I went in to purchase a new mattress and foundation.  I had visited the website, so I had an idea.  I was asked if I needed help shortly after walking into the sleep lab area and Todd was great.  He knew I had looked online a bit, had a certain budget in mind, and needed to test things out in person.  He gave helpful information on the options...because these days mattress vary a lot in type, style and cost.  He aimed me at a few and offered helpful advice without pressure in anyway.  Just a helpful guy who knew his product, how a salesperson really should be.  I have shopped multiple times at Jordan's over the years and have always been happy with the service and product

I went to Jordan's Furniture store for the first time to buy a much needed new bed, chest of drawers, and a mattress.  My sales assistance Mike "the original" was great he spent time with me and told me about the beds, but gave me the space I needed to process my decision ( I needed to try all of the beds I liked and and think without someone looking over my shoulder).  When I was ready I located him and made my purchase.  He then sent me to the sleep lab which was a fascinating experience.  My sleep lab tech was John Laughter who clearly loved his job and taught me what a mattress should and shouldn't do as I sleep. John made what could be a dry subject fun and interesting.   He was very knowledgeable and personable.  I would shop at Jordan's again.

Our sleep tech John Laughter couldn't have been more informative or helpful. I'm not usually excited about spending three times the amount I was planning to, but John's thorough understanding of mine and my wife's sleep needs made long term sense. I've been in sales and sales training for decades and John's ability to listen, understand and respond with excellence at every point in the experience was truly amazing. It was like watching a great artist at work. His humor, sincerity and efficiency were appreciated as well. There's no doubt we'll send anyone we know who is looking for better sleep to John.

Jordan's is tough... on one hand, the Enchanted Village, LITE show, and Polar Express are all very enjoyable for children of all ages, 1-92.  On the other hand, the furniture is decent but overpriced.  Also, the fact they make you walk through the entire store (practically), after the LITE show is over to leave the building is a sham. 

Marshall's blueberry muffins are delicious.  They are the saving grace.  Merry Christmas (happy holidays).

We have bought several pieces of furniture at Jordan’s over the past few months and every time we visited the store we were impressed with the staff. They are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable which made the experience so nice. 
The delivery of the furniture was amazing. Every effort was made to be careful not to damage anything and also every piece of furniture was fitted with an abundance of felt pads to protect our floors.
And of course, the furniture is beautiful. 
Jordan’s is our new “Go To” place for furnishings.
