The store has a lot of nice furniture and the staff is very nice. However some of the furniture takes way to long to get delivered. If you your willing to wait a long period of time then its a great place with great prices. But its been two weeks now and I stop in to see the status on my furniture delivery which I dropped about $2500 on paid in full and yet still they can not give me a date. My problem is don't have furniture in your store that takes three weeks to a month to get. If I knew it was gonna take this long I would have just went to Jordan were I could have had my furniture in one week. So if you need your furniture in reasonable time frame don't go there. But if you can wait then its a great place.

You get what you pay for, product AND service. Went in the store to purchase a bedroom set, sales person Brian was very nice and helpful. Got a call to schedule a delivery date and time, she offered the following Monday 10-2. I said it's fine but asked is there any way they can do my delivery first because I had a 1:00 doctor appointment that they squeezed me in so I couldn't miss it and it was very improtant to me. She said it would be fine and she'd add the note for the delivery drivers. I get a call at 11:00 saying they will be there in 15 minutes. Then I get a call 20 minutes later saying they're about 5 minutes away. Then I get a call right back saying they won't be there for another 45 minutes. Now it was cutting it close but I could make it work. They didn't actually show up for over an hour. Before they even unloaded I asked how long it would take, they said 20-30 minutes tops. Took 1 hour. Needless to say at that point I was pissed because I missed my appointment and could have to wait another 9 months to get another appointment. I called and spoke to the "delivery manager", I believe his name was Jose. I explained the situation which took about a minute but he kept cutting me off and even sighed at one point. He said he'd talk to the woman who scheduled with me to see what she said she told me and he'd call me back later that day. Didn't hear back for two days and had to call him, then wait another day for a call back. He was impatient and rude and said the woman never said that, accusing me of lying. I said I'd like my delivery fee back and he offered a 10% refund on the delivery price. Such a joke!!! Will NEVER purchase from here again. I don't even think they put the bed together correctly because it looks like it's falling apart!! Just awful!

Excellent experience! Shopped many furniture stores and highly recommend. Excellent prices, huge selection and friendly and helpful staff!

This is my go to store. I've bought many things for my house and here it is almost 20 years later and still in great condition.
