In November of 2016 we bought  a 3 piece leather sofa and 2 love seats with power recliners.  One of the recliners has had the motor replaced, and now the die is rubbing off the leather showing a big light colored area.  This set was manufactured by "Della" and sold by Bernie & Phyl's.  The fabric is only warrantied for 1 year so I can either live with it or pay B&F's $199 to come and try and fix it, with no guarantees.  I think for $3700 I could expect more than a years usage before problems (PS: we are in our 70's with no kids using the furniture, and we spend a substantial portion of the year away traveling).

Will I purchase from Bernie and Phyl's again?  Hell NO

My wife and I purchased and return several Stearns and Fosters  mattress from  Bernie and Phyl's ,we had to return all of them due to issues with all of them. the bad part is my wife  now suffers from back issues and sciatica pain  due to the mattress being defective.   Bernie and Phyl  is refusing to take back the mattress ,we are  out  of thousands of dollars lost because they're refusing to take back the  mattress due to manufacturer policy. they sent some bed Tech out to  look at the the mattress he told us one thing and told bernie and phyl something else. I received a call from a woman from one of their locations. the woman was so rude to the pint that I wonder if she could be someone's child. quite rude and have no concerns to the  fact that has a consumer which bought multiple furniture from their store is neglecting to hear my concerns. which resulted her hanging up the  phone in my ear.. I will never  go back to this  store for anything .. buyers beware

Wonderful sales person very helpful,  the delivery staff was on time and made sure everything was setup and crannies before leaving.

Bunk beds delivered on June 10 and today is  July 27.   Salesperson was great   and delivery went as scheduled.  Paid to have set up. As soon as they left I noticed a small gap in one post  where the top and bottom bunks are attached.  Also most of the small wood buttons that cover the screw holes were missing.   Called Braintree store immediately as soon as the delivery and set up people left.   They were off the clock already.        Have not heard back yet.  Guess I will start the follow up process ho hum.

I would repeat never Shop at Bernie & Phyls ever again  Braintree store, that was my first time shopping there , I purchased Mattress there I spent over 1000.00 dollars my service in writing was to set up my beds and take the old Mattressrs  they didn't do either one, delivery guys dropped them off and left.
