This is the closest branch to Jersey City without going into manhattan. I no longer have a Citibank checking account, and I needed bank statements from 4 years ago. I called on Friday, the associate helping me was great and said that they would call me back when the statements were ready on Saturday. No call on Saturday. I called again and spoke with Joannie. She helped me right away, called me back in an hour to say the statements were ready. When I got there Joannie was walking a customer through something on the ATM. She helped me right after, I left with everything I needed. Everyone I spoke to at this location was pleasant and helpful. I think they are doing their best to focus on customer care.

Giving one start because I cannot give zero. Literally worst bank on the planet. miles away from NYC branches. The bank manager should be fired. The branch closed my checking and saving accounts without giving me any notices! Stay away from this branch!

Few years ago they start to move managers every 6 or12 months . No one know anymore anything . They close one of my account with no reason and keep me without funds for 2 weeks. Good by . Going to a different bank . Send my regards to the idiots who have studied and planned to make citibank from a great bank to a crappy bank.

If you are in a rush, this will be the wrong place to go. Be prepared to wait at least an hour. In my 10 years banking with Citibank, I had never experienced such wait. No branch manager, no operations sup on the weekends, no customer service staff at the front desk and just 2 bankers. They seem not to care if there are clients waiting for long time.
