I run a business that stores and distributes product from City Center to locations around Pittsburgh. The primary reason I chose City Center was for its first-floor, 24/7 access. However, the reason I'm extremely happy with City Center is because of its service. On multiple occasions I've been unavailable to receive new product shipments, and the staff - Nick and Julie - have bent over backwards to take care of the shipment and move it to temporary storage until I could arrive to open my unit. They've been flexible in working with me to move and upgrade the unit size under my budget constraints. They even make coffee and hot chocolate on the days I spend a lot of time at City Center. If you're a business that needs 24/7 access and a flexible, hard-working staff to handle your storage needs, I highly recommend City Center.

I recently moved away from Pittsburgh in June 2013 and needed a place to store my belongings indefinitely until my next move. After spending a lot of time reading sub-par reviews of other self storage companies in Pittsburgh, I opted to go with the newer, but impressive-looking and seemingly well-managed City Center. I have been absolutely ELATED with my decision and with the high quality, personable, and comprehensive services I have received thus far. The staff are both friendly and incredibly helpful, often extending themselves beyond the most basic services to ensure customer satisfaction. I rest assured knowing that my prized possessions are well taken care of, even though I am 2000 miles away.

Recently I needed to work on a project with a colleague, and both of us live about three hours away from Pittsburgh in opposite directions. Via networking with friends in the Pittsburgh area, I was informed that City Center Self Storage has a conference room available for people to use - and for free! Nick was a great host, and the meeting room served us perfectly. They even provided a coffee machine, drinks and snacks. Nick provided us recommendations on where to eat lunch. Plus, they provided easy-access parking which is a premium in that section of the city. My colleague and I are most appreciative of this opportunity and will likely meet here again as our project continues. I highly recommend City Center Self Storage.

 I had a great experience with City Center Self Storage. Very friendly and helpful managers who go the extra mile when you need it. This is something rarely seen when renting/maintaining a storage unit from a company. It was clean and I feel safe storing my things there this summer.

 City Center Self Storage is more secure than my home. Camera's everywhere, security guards, and the building is a fortress. The owner will gladly lend a hand or make your day by telling you a good story. His second in command, will have a bottle water in your hand before you even make it through the front do. Grade A Service! Secure! Fun! Locally Owned. A+++
