Over the last few weeks I have been in the process of making a long distance move to The Burgh and have several interactions with the crew at the Western Ave location. I have found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, professional and very customer service focused. My interactions have been with Brad, Rich, Nicholas and Tony. They are all a great bunch to work with and will take care of all of your moving and storage needs. Thanks for all of your help!!

This facility is amazing!! Customer service is top-notch...they really go above and beyond to make load in as easy and stress free as possible. The facility is extremely well maintained and clean and has awesome security in place - we feel very comfortable leaving our belongings here. Shout out to Dave and Brad - they are awesome and really helped make a stressful move less stressful. We really appreciated their help getting us in and out. Thank you! Definitely recommend 😊

I was very disappointed with them. They don't tell you that if you go over 10 miles you have to pay extra. The way it was explained to me is they give you 10 miles and include that in the payment, but if you go over they charge full amount. However, they were good in refunding those monies.

Corporate location with lots of trucks available (reserve a week or two or more ahead for busy weekends), friendly, helpful and professional staff, with an accessible location on the Northside near the West End Bridge. A good place to get boxes and packing supplies at decent prices.

This facility is one of the nicest storage facilities I've been into. There is a lot of space, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Getting to the upper floors is easy, with a huge elevator. And the security appears to be excellent as well.
