I was walking by here and my bag ripped open, resulting in all of my belongings spilling out. The manager was kind enough to fetch me a new bag. No idea how good their storage is, but they seem to be relatively busy so how bad can it be?

I have been pleasantly pleased and happy with my experience with Guardian Storage. The help and service I received from the start has top shelf and first class. The gentleman that established my account and told me how to access my unit was courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a lock. His co-worker on the platform was  equally helpful, asking if and how many pallets I would need for my unit and took them and installed them before I put my things in. I wouldn't think of doing business now or in the future with any other storage  facility. The people you have working for you made the self storage experience a positive and fulfilling one for me, and I will always be grateful for that since at the  time     I was just coming from a bad experience myself and this was the first time I had to store my personal effects. So a big thank you to the crew of Guardian. You're all that and a bag of chips!

I've rented twice from these folks. Each time the staff was very courteous and helpful and it hasn't been a headache at all. Perhaps the only thing that I find myself unhappy about is that access is restricted. Oftentimes I work late and if I need something out of the locker, the locker is closed at 10 pm. It's also a little spendy, but the facilities are nice and conveniently located. I recommend this to anyone needing storage, just make sure you reserve well in advance!

One of the best customer experience ever. I was very skeptical about storage and was weighing in options of taking the luggage back home till I called this facility and spoke to the property manager Chrissy. It was an extremely easy and hands free experience. Everything was transacted on phone and even a pick-up of the luggage from the Residence hall was totally managed on email. I would recommend this to all parents of any of the Pittsburgh colleges. The price was perfect and service fantastic. Full marks.
