With no warning, 3 indicator lights came on. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to have them hook up the diagnostic tool. They did and showed what areas needed attention. Being here temporarily on business, I don't know any mechanics, so I asked who Misty would recommend. Without hesitation, she recommended the guys at City Garage. I drove over, explained what was going on, they suggested a detailed diagnostic to determine the actual problem. The diagnostic came back and we approved the work. They go my truck back o the road by the close of business, the staff was knowledgeable, the shop was immaculate, they got the work done promptly and the price was fair. Great job.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Took my car (2015) for State Inspection. Was told I needed a new carbon filter and air filter IMMEDIATELY! I declined and asked for just the inspection. A few minutes later they told me the oil was dirty and needed to be changed. I stated it had just been changed and to please do the inspection. As I was checking out they repeated the Dangers of not having those services completed. I thanked them and said I would just drive up the street to where I always have the work done and ask them about it. They immediately began to tell me the oil wasn't That dirty and to not be mean to the other business. Guess what??? Carbon filter and air filter are fine and so is the oil that was just changed3 weeks ago! Bye bye City Garage....hope you are able to look yourself in the mirror.

Fixed the problems accurately and quickly. My car is running better than it ever did before! Definitely will go back for all service and repairs. 😊

The dreaded registration letter came in the mail last month. As a result of bad experiences at other places, I decided to look up the reviews and was drawn to the great reviews of this City Garage. Two days ago was my first visit. On that day, the gentleman at the front desk advised that they were short and did not have an inspector. He then advised of the multiple days in the near future that they should have an inspector in. I've been to many garages where I've heard things like that before as a means of blowing off their customer. Every time, I give the garage a second shot as a courtesy of taking them at their word. After all, if your mechanic can't trust you, how can you trust them?

I decided after work today to attempt City Garage again. I was not disappointed. Their word was gold and they had an inspector in. Not only that but they had another friendly gentleman at the front desk who made the entire process as painless as possible while offering great tidbits of knowledge along the way. As I waited for my car to get inspected, I heard that I was not alone in the friendly experience. Everyone from the time I stepped in to the time I left received the same experience. Not only that but at the end of the experience, there was no attempt to up sell me on anything. The good reviews on this place do not lie. Bravo City Garage! I will definitely be back.

Took a older car in for repair. I told the manager I thought it was in bad shape. They claimed it was a 300 dollar repair. Called him back later that day and know they wanted 150 more for a tuneup. At this point, I am going no its more than that. These guys read what a diagnostics machine tells them and that is it They are not real mechanics. I gave that guy 300 dollars for absolutely nothing. And he was hateful. I changed the plugs when I got home, the car still ran extremely bad. They really need to stick with oil changes. They don't know anything else.
