Great service.  Provided accurate estimates for work before it was done.  Nice and polite employees.  Dependable!  Great experience.  All work completed in a timely manner and above expectations.  Recommend this shop to everyone for their first choice in car care!

  They are super nice and sweet professionals! I drove my car over to get an oil exchange and state inspection. They had them done in half an hour and also fixed the fuel fill cap initiatively, which I would not remember to get it fix it unless I go to the gas station! Great help! Thanks a lot!

I've been coming to this particular ship for years now and received nothing but stellar services. Caesar, the main person you'll talk to, is up-right and upfront and Nick, the manager, will give you the same stellar customer service experience. I've always felt helped, I've never felt pressured, they're the most honest, helpful car guys in the north fort worth area.

My check engine light came on and I was about to leave town on a 300 mile trip so I took my car to Meineke and I was told that my #8 spark plug and coil needed to be replaced. I was charged $60 for them to replace the #8 plug and coil. The car sputtered the entire trip there and back. When I got back in town I took my car to my regular mechanic and I was told that only the coil was replaced and it was the #7 coil, not #8. My mechanic gave me all my old plugs and it was obvious that no plugs were replaced which explains why my car acted up the entire trip. I called Meineke back and asked Ceasar for the owners phone number but I was told that he could not give it out so I had no other option but to post this review. I would be very cautious in taking my car to this Meineke.
