Having worked with McCrary's for years, I am familiar with the company's reputation.  Most recently, I experienced first hand their commitment to customer satisfaction.  Sherry went above and beyond in helping me with a new toilet seat (not all are created equal).  I am a raving fan!

I called looking for a part to repair my kitchen faucet.  They do not carry my brand, Moen, but the service person went on line to find a store near me - which was not available - so he recommended a competitor and even gave me their phone number.  EXCELLENT customer support!

I have been here a few times now and every time I have been in I have been pleased with the level of customer service and the staff's knowledge. I will definitely be back when I am ready to buy.
