Everyone at City Transfer was friendly & helpful. The office staff answered all my questions. Their response time was excellent! The moving crew was efficient & very careful with my fragile & antique items. I have used them in the past. I will continue to use them for all my moving needs!

I called this company on three occasions for someone to arrange to give me an estimate for moving. I did not hear from back from anyone. They are obviously too busy to need new business.

When I moved with city transfer they completely changed my perspective of movers. I went from hating it to finally getting a great move. They moved my items carefully and efficiently. They have great customer service and worked with me at all times. If I move again I will definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I am a pro mover, having moved 20+ times around the country for my career. My experience with City Transfer has been the worst ever. I would not trust them to pack the air that I breath and deliver it to me. They were assigned my move through Cartus relocation services. My household goods needed to stay in storage until I was able to find a home in my new location in So Cal. My stuff stayed in storage for 3 mos. Some of the items were crated by a third party MSS, also horrible. When I received my stuff yesterday 12/23, one valuable item was missing, the top to my dining room table. After many useless calls to my coordinator in NC (she left early for Christmas) I had to send someone to the storage location to track down my table top, only to find that it had been busted. For three months it sat in storage. Had I known it was busted, I could have had a replacement ready to go for my Christmas dinner in my new house. But, because the folks at CT&SC were only concerned about their holiday, mine is ruined. The worst customer service experience ever. I'm sure I'll be moving again and helping my company evaluate moving companies for relocating employees. I will make sure that City Transfer & Storage Company will not have an opportunity to bid on the work.
