It took me weeks of apartment searching when I moved to the Memphis area but Civic Center won me over right away. The girls in the office made everything really easy and it has been perfect since I moved in. I love my apartment and my neighbors and they have made me feel so welcomed since I don't know anyone in the area. Highly recommend!

Girl named Cassidy in the leasing office had the worst attitude, zero customer service skills, unfriendly, unprofessional.  She was more interested in her phone than helping tenants.  Why do they hire people who have zero interest in being there.  If you're looking for an apartment where the leasing office treats tenants like animals then this is the place to be...Cassidy will treat you like dirt...if you want to be treated like a human being..then look elsewhere.

Had to deal with the office staff yesterday.  Apparently, I am not good enough to have a warm greeting or be bothered with.  I pay an outrageous amount in rent here...the least they could do is act like they give a crap.  Somerset Management should get involved but the management company has a very low review so I am not holding my breath.  Be careful with the rent specials...gates are always broken, people tailgate as well as wait at the gates for someone to tailgate to get in.  God knows who is getting in...parking is awful, playground is right by the dumpster so it is always trashed...if you have little ones WATCH OUT FOR GLASS in the gravel!
