The staff was friendly and every helpful. Only issue I had was I wasn't told about the deposit fee although I called and asked were there any other fees I should be aware of. The vehicle I reserved online was different from what I actually wanted. When I got there the assistant manager explained to me that they basically just put vehicles online. And they give you something similar. All in all I still had a good experience. Everything worked out in the end for me.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My husband and I reserved a pick up truck on Wednesday, and had the reservation confirmed on Thursday. We show up on Friday (day of the rental) and there is no pick up truck in site. They called another store and had to go get the truck. It is now 0953 (our CONFIRMED reservation for the truck was at 0900), and there is still no pick up truck around. The guy behind the counter did nothing but make excuses and his lack of empathy was insulting. After over an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, we inform the counter guy that we needed to cancel because we already missed our time cap due to them not having the truck we had already paid for and reserved. We asked for a refund, and they refused to give us that because it then became a “cancellation fee”. I’m sorry, but that is the biggest crock of BS I have ever heard in my life. It was enterprises lack of preparation and not holding up a reservation that caused this to happen. While we were waiting there were a minimum of 5 people who came in, and at least 3 of them had this same issue. If you want to avoid a headache that will probably end with you not even being able to get to your destination, avoid enterprise at all cost.

This is the first time I rented at the new location. My experience at the new location was a lot better than the old location on Goodman.

The personnel were extremely courteous and professional. I was waited on promptly when I picked up the vehicle, and when I returned it. Every effort was made to address each concern I had and to answer every question.

Reserved a vehicle, was not there when we arrived and the replacement vehicle was not acceptable. Took 3 hours to get it straighten out. They did finally get us a car from another location. Wished that had been the first option given, instead of "not my problem" from the cashier.
