If I  could put zero stars I would. My wife booked a car here for a work trip with a pick up time of 730..  which is there scheduled opening time... no one was there... we stayed until 10min after 8 and still no one showed... good bye hertz.. hello enterprise..

The wait time to get a rental car here is extremely long. I called ahead to ensure my car would be ready, but it was not. After i was finally able to sign for it, i still had to wait. It was being cleaned. Well, I sent it back to be cleaned again since it was still filthy. The second time it was still filthy. I gave up and just took pictures of the dents, scratches and other damages to the vehicle. When i made mention of the car being wrecked, the lady said they all have been wrecked, they are rental cars.

I love Hertz, but this location is super slow!  I’ve been here 1 hour and a Gold Member and still waiting. They even walk slow and no smiles.  Felt like I was at the driver’s license office. They were nice folks, but they need to work with a purpose. Only 4 customers.  Wow!  Not happy with the service i received.

This was my first time renting a vehicle and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be the guys at this office are super nice. Not to say the ladies are not too , I just happened to go there on days where there were no female staffers. If the gentlemen who work here are any indication though, then the customer service all around will be amazing regardless of who your customer service associate is.

The people there were pleasant. They were efficient in performing their duties, and didn't keep me standing around very long waiting for service.
