Be prepared for them to overcharge you, and forget items that you already paid for such as a Kids dessert. The waitress forgot the dessert so I told her this on the way out. She was very nice and she brought it to us in a to go bag.  However, she ended up charging us a second time for the dessert that she forgot, so we had to pay for it on the bill and then again. I told her that she forgot to give us the dessert, but she charged us for it anyways. The food wasn't that great and it was overpriced. I called the manager and she tried to say that we weren't charged twice, even though I saw it on the receipt and now I'm seeing the total charge plus the additional charge coming out of my bank balance. I specifically told the waitress that the dessert is showing right on the first receipt. We usually like Claim Jumper, but we won't be going back to this location.

Larger restaurant, along the same lines as a cheesecake factory. Decent beer selection. The food has always been delicious. This visit I had roasted tri tip which was very good. Large portions, good service.

Prices are reasonable and you get a good amount of food. Quality has gone down a bit over the years. This CJ currently has good service

Food was good expect my pizza was soggy  and the service was mediocre at best.  Every point of service was slow and low quality.  For the money I spent there I would have expected good to great  service and a knowledgeable waiter.
