The food here was fantastic. I came with my family on a busier day I think so the wait was supposed to be long. However we still received our food in no time at all. The atmosphere put me more in mind of a community with tables throughout the dining area and nothing to hinder starting a conversation with someone at the table near you. There was also a nice little kids area for families to take advantage of. I'm so glad this place is just outside of walking distance for breakfast from where I live.

Food is not good. Its over priced only because it is prepared badly. Like under cooked one visit, then burned the next? The owners dont seem to care to much either. One meal the owner was sitting in the booth next to us and saw me place my order out of the way with 2 bites missing! He watched his server haul it off and did nothing, said nothing and sat there kicked back in his booth. Been there 5 times hoping it would be good. Atmosphere is cool, good theme. Just ran by a bunch of kids with no worries.

Took 45 minutes to get 2 and a half sandwiches. Half ham and cheese on plain white bread. A turkey and cheese on plain wear bread , and a chicken salad sandwich on plain wheat bread. Also after waiting a half an hour I went up and asked if they were close to getting our order out I was told they were close. I said thanks we are late for an appointment. After 5 more minutes I asked to get our sandwiches to go, "cooks" were obviously pissed. I was told our order was the 2nd one left to go out. Stood there waiting 4 more orders went out before we got ours. This was my first and last time in this restaurant.

I love this place for breakfast. They are open early, have different breakfast foods (Wraps, eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy) and good coffee with endless refills. We eat here often for work and enjoy the open dining room.

The owner sucks at customer service. You don't say the cooks messed up and turn around and say it's my fault. Excuse me. My food was frozen. That's not my fault??? !!!!!Don't eat here. They don't care about what they put out or what they say to the customers. Jam downtown is 100 times better food quality and service.!!!!
