Burgers are 1/3 pound, hand-pressed patties, made with freshly ground beef. Buns are grilled and made locally at On the Rise Bakery. Delicious, fresh toppings, weekly specials, competitive prices. Also, try our house made kettle chips.

What they create is an homage to the burger. These chefs focus their talents and efforts in producing some of the most creative and delicious burgers in the state. This isn't a burger king! No you can't have it your way! These burgers are served up exactly the way the chefs intended. No ingredient is overlooked, none taken for granted. The result is fantastic flavor combinations from fresh ingredients. They do one thing (burgers) and they do it very well!

I went to Heap today to try it out. I ordered the classic with no mayo. I was informed that all sandwiches come "as is" described on the menu. I asked why? I was told to keep up with the order flow, and to keep costs down. 2 problems. 1) I was literally the only customer ordering, and not one customer was eating. 2) please explain how holding my mayo will affect the pricing of the burger. I'm fairly disappointed since I enjoy supporting local, but I will not support bad policy. Especially for something that would please the customer, and would be so simple. I would not recommend this place if you enjoy your burgers plain like I do. Hopefully Heap can reconsider their policy to keep up with the customer. This is a burger place, I'm sure a lot of people appreciate adding or subtracting toppings

Used to love this place, but today I was super disappointed. My dad was in town and I wanted to take him to lunch here. As I was ordering, the lady at the window rudely interrupted me and told me I wasn't allowed to get my burger WITHOUT mayo on it. I was silent for a few seconds because I was super confused. Then my dad and I both asked, "you can't just not put mayo on it?" She said no before we even finished the question. I sadly will not be coming back here. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and seriously, you can't just not put mayo on the burger??? I used to always come here and get my burger without mayo and added mushrooms, no price decrease for taking the mayo off but $1 extra for adding the mushrooms and that was perfectly fine. I was expecting the same thing today, but apparently it's impossible for them to just NOT PUT MAYO ON THE BURGER.

Wow! First time eating here and I'm very impressed with the service and food. Very affordable for a family. I can't eat at a lot of place because I get sick, this is by far the best! Great work heap burger! We will definitely be back. Pulled pork was awesome!

Great food made with fresh ingredients and the burgers are made in-house. Everything comes as advertised on the menu. No substitutions for anything. I wish they would change that, but if you're not picky it shouldn't bother you. Food comes out quick.
