Poor costumer service. I was looking for the shoes that I have been wearing for a longest time and the sales rep said you have to change your shoe into a different kind coz the one you are wearing now doesn’t look comfortable for you. Hahaha he knows better than me huh!

I've gone back and forth several times to make sure I had the perfect pair of shoes. The staff is very friendly and want to help in anyway that they can. They have a great 90 day policy to try your shoes and it's great to have your feet/walk evaluated.

Ran in for shoes during a quick visit. Didn’t realize they were the wrong ones until I took them out for a spin. Refused to take them back and of course didn’t have the correct ones in stock which was probably why I was given the other ones. Seems like a fast one was pulled on me. My fault, yes for not realizing the shoes were switched. Their fault for for the wrong shoes.

Nice store, but like everywhere else, they never carry shoes for bigger people. Is it really so rare to have a size 13 or 14. And selling all your shoes at MSRP is a recipe for Amazon wipeout. Quality store, quality equipment, still can’t beat eastbay who can ship it to me for $25 cheaper. Hope these brick and mortars will figure this out someday. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I waited for 15 minutes to even be seen and talked to. Then I was basically bullied into buying a shoe 2 sizes larger than what I usually wear. They were very dismissive and not polite at all. I will return the shoe and not go back.
