Waited for 20 minutes for someone from the staff to help me but couldn't even get a "I'll be with you shortly, Sir". Selection is not all that great

Horrible service. Return policy is ABSURD. I will never shop here again.

The most horrible customer service I've ever experienced in my life!!
I bought two pairs of shoes from Clarks and because they didn't have my size in store, they ordered them online for me. I received the shoes after few days, tried them on  and one pair didn't feel comfortable at all, so decided to return the shoes and get store credit to buy another pair. what they told me was that because it looks worn,  they only give me 50% of my money back!! and I only had worn the shoes once to try them on. 
Not to mention how rude they were in explaining this to me!  
So if you want to be ripped off and expect no costumer support, the this is the place to shop from!

They had the shoe I wanted but the sales clerk was extremely slow and went out of her way to try to NOT honor a coupon.  She complained about trying to give the discount without actually scanning the coupon first, which was valid.  Avoid and go to the one at Tysons instead, the service there is better.
