Dealt with John Pak. He is an excellent salesman. Really listened was very honest throughout the transaction. Treated us really like he wants our business now and in the future. Helped me negotiate a great deal i cannot say enough good about this dealership really impressed especially after the way i was treated so poorly buying from another dealership.

My wife and I spent almost an hour looking at cars for her at both the GM and Ford lots. No one at either place ask if they could help us. I know customers don't want to be hasseled by over bearing sales people. But this was the exact opposite. We felt that we were not important enough for them to bother with. We will be buying a new car in the near future, but it won't be from them.

Erik Munoz at Classic Auto Group Galveston was absolutely incredible salesman. Found the vehicle we were looking for at the right price. Erik is very professional and well experienced. He explained in detailed all the functions and capabilities of the vehicle. Our purchase progress went smoothly and best of all, we were treated like family through the entire purchase.

Have bought 10 vehicles over my lifetime, but Sean Dunlap is the only sales person who worked extremely hard and went the extra mile in finding a car to match my requirements. Guess what, there was no inventory of the car I wanted, but his efforts sold me. So, I was happy to buy the car he recommended. He took the time and sat in the vehicle to go over all features, programmed some settings and opened a user account with the dealership. Never experienced this excellent service from a sales persons with the other vehicles I bought. THANK YOU SEAN YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!

I went to Honda dealership. My radio wasn't working after disconnected battery. I drove up to ask about code. They took it right to back n got it working. They even told me how to use code if it happened again. No charge!
