Bought a certified pre owned vehicle with them a little over a year ago and was promised floor mats that I never received. I also never received a spare key for my vehicle. I have tried to call to have them let me know if my car came with one or if I would have to purchase a spare key. Every time I have reached out, they promise to look into my concerns and yet I never receive a call back from them. I love my vehicle but I feel that after the sale, all sense of customer service goes out the window. It has been over a year and I still have unanswered promises and questions from this dealership. Be careful when you're making a purchase and make sure you know absolutely EVERYTHING you are and are NOT getting with the purchase.

Best car buying experience we've ever had! The staff  is wonderful , very welcoming and caring. Bridgett is super ! She's very professional and truly cares about her customers needs. David is by far the best salesman we've had. James is awesome I too. Love my Cadillac!

Came in to Classic Chevrolet to buy a 2016 Chevy SS and the salesman Marc helped me out and made the experience of buying my dream car the best. I strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car from this location to speak to him. He will do his best to have you in the car you want. Thanks again Marc.

I went in around 9 a.m. after my night shift to buy a truck before I go back to work I was passed on from one salesman to the next fiannally we worked out a deal. Not a special deal just a normal deal that you could get anywhere els. They took our credit and I was there for another 5 hours and the only time they would come and talk to me about what's going on with my situation was if they where going on a smoke break. One of the first things he told me was that he was trying to reach 300 cars by the end of the month which made it apparent I was just a number until then. It doesn't matter if I warn you on any specific names because after waiting there and being blown of and ripped off for nearly 12 hours I had noticed they are all bull shitters. They are a small dealership if you want a REAL car buying experience go to a REAL dealership these guys are a joke and you are nothing to them no matter what bullshit they feed you.

Not very happy with this dealership. My husband and I went in yesterday and bought a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. We did go in with the understanding that there would be dents and scratches here and there. It is a used truck. When we inspected the truck we found a fog light was out and the middle console was broken. When it is in the upright position it will not close it swings open. When we asked our sales rep David Wallace if they would replace both he said his manager (Donnie Macaluso) would not have them replaced. I asked well how about they just take it off the bottom line.. far enough right.. well  he said no. When we asked David if we could speak to Donnie ourselves he said there was nothing he would do. They were not willing to work with us at all.  Not very good customer service.
