Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Starting off, the heater didn’t work so when asked to be moved to another, they couldn’t. I was told the heat was just “fixed” and that it should be working but after coming in to set it properly, it still didn’t work. The walls had stains and random  holes all over them, tv had one channel, shower faucet and curtain had mildew/mold/grime on it and toilet was loosely installed so it had a rock to it. Sink and shower water didn’t even get luke warm for me and for my brother, a cold shower. I’ve read a few reviews in which others have said “you get what you pay for.”...that’s not an excuse for this place to be absolute trash. Plus, I’ve paid the same cheap price for rooms elsewhere and they were AT LEAST clean. Please don’t waste your money and if you’re a truck driver, sleep in your truck.

Rooms are renovated and fairly comfortable. Motels is conveniently located right after the exit on i95 and surrounded by good restaurants. Stays there for two nights with my family and it was reasonable rate for room over the weekend. We will definitely stay here next summer when we visit the Newport beach.

To may concern any review u see on this review page by aumil solanki and deep patel are false deep is the manager and  saumil is former owner and friend of deep patel and if you were here before august 2016 u seen that saumil ran it  like a dump just sucked the money out of motel never put any into making room or stay any better. the new owner did invest a lot of money to improve the property with the help of a maintenance man with the right skills but deep don,t care about the satisfaction of ur stay just the money u pay to stay and he will screw u . and the motel is invested with bed bugs so if u do stay make sure nothing u bring to this motel go back to your home without putting it in a plastic bag and was in hot water beforehand .also feel free to look up the bed bug laws in r.i. u have right.

This place is DISGUSTING. We stayed in room 210. We had bed bugs, no hot water, not once did they bring us fresh towels or toilet paper, the phone to the front desk didn't work. "Front desk open 24 hours" is bull, they locked the door at 10 pm. We had one channel on a TV that was older than I was, and I'm pretty sure there's a few people who actually LIVE in this dump who are super loud and obnoxious. Some guy with no shirt on let his 3 tiny dogs walk around. The lady next to us with her husband and child SCREAMED all day and most of the night. The bathroom was dirty, the  shower curtain was moldy and there was hair in our sink. If you're a truck driver wanting to take a prostitute to some place, this would be the place. The beds are hard as a rock, the pillows are about an inch and a half thick and the whole room smelled like weed. NEVER staying at this dump again.

I didnt stay there, i just visited my sister. But from what i saw the rooms looked clean and orderly, and a fairly average setup. They had a tv, microwave, and mini fridge.
