This hotel was a Comfort Inn until last fall.  Now they're doing a total makeover.  By Summer, it will be rebranded as a Marriott and room prices will rise significantly. The rooms they are renting now have already been redone, so you get a real bargain.

Couldn't even sleep until 8 in the morning without being woken up by drilling for construction. I understand there is construction at the moment, but at 730 8 in the morning right next to our room? Ridiculous. Also, they tried to charge my card an extra $200 for "damages" without any pictures or proof of any "damage." Then we call and are directed to the accounting department who is very rude and hangs up. Do not go to this dump! The do not care about the customer just their money!

Good deal for the money. Because of renovations no exercise room and there was problem with the ice machine. I liked having a free pass to a local health club. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The free breakfast was also good. A special need was addressed in a compassionate way for which I am very grateful.

Extremely poor, it should have been closed during the renovation. During this renovation the service was extremely poor as well as the condition of the rooms.  No breakfast service, no refrigerator, no microwave and poor parking. With all this said they still demanded the full room rate, no concession.  I often stayed at this location when it was Comfort Inn.  When I made reservation on line as usual nothing was said that it was now Rodeway Inn under renovation.  I started to change hotels however I had already unpacked and thought that I would just stick it out for five nights which I regret.

This hotel used to be decent...I had stayed there several times without incident....until a few weeks ago. First it is under construction, which is fine,but be a little more specific about where to go in ...i trampled through dirty puddles of water from construction work,it was filthy,then come morning time around 730-8 I awoke to what sounded like drilling and saws..extremely close and loud...i called front desk ans she very rude, now i check my card statement... $200 fee i was charged..for what!?!? I call to get a run around for days,finally I get the woman in accounting who is there until 4...she tells me I smoked in my room and thats the charge for it...um o dont smoke..she says the maid said she could smell it and u also arent allowed to stay here anymore...excuse me!!! She says here i will transfer u to my general manager ..who doesn't answer,i go back to her line ...no answer...i get front desk and now everyone all of a sudden left for the day..very rude and very unprofessional ..
