This is a nice, good sized hotel with staff that are very good with customer service. We needed more coffee in our room and someone brought it up at 8pm. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The hotel has a gym and pool. There is also two restaurant/bars. The service was excellent (minus a wait time for dinner due to the amount of people at the convention). If you eat meat and need a sandwich, I recommend the Ruben. This is my third time attending this convention and staying in this hotel. I recommend this hotel if you are in the area and don't really want to leave the hotel.

We attend an annual con or two here. Those facilities were (as usual) fine. Staff, check-in, maid service all fine. But our bed was a bit soft, one elevator was out all weekend (and we were on the sixth floor). And no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I've come to appreciate those touches.

The hotel is enormous and situated on a huge plot of land with plenty of parking for events. Was very easy to get to. The rooms for the events we're nicely appointed and very spacious. No complaints

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza twice now, and had no issues. The rooms were great, and cleaned thoroughly. The restaurant and buffet is quality, and while the bars are pretty quiet, that's not really a bad thing. There's a supermarket within walking distance, as well.

The rooms were nice and big.  I stayed here 3 nights.  The food was really bad, but hotel food is usually never great.  The second night, there was no housekeeping in my room.  I had no toiletries, no clean towels, no fresh coffee/tea, and no clean glasses.  

The first morning of my stay, there was minimal hot water in my room.   called the front desk to let them know and the next 2 days, there was no COLD water in my room (which made showering a challenge).  The ice machine was broken on my floor, which normally wouldn't have been a problem, but considering the no cold water, I had to pay for water from the machine down the hall.

The staff was very friendly, but I do not recommend, I will stay at the NYLO a couple of blocks down the road next time
