This place is awesome! It's in a reclaimed industrial area and I love the loft look. The style works very well and the designers did a great job providing a lot of lighting level control in the room with just a few simple lamps. The mattress was super comfy and had 4 pillows that all felt like varying firmness. Haven't gotten such a good sleep in a hotel for a while. Haven't tried the hotel restaurant yet but I'm eager to do it even with all the interesting options in the area. I messed up my reservation but Kaylee the night clerk was super kind and fixed it over the phone for me at 1:30am. She also helped guide me down the interstate to Warwick from Logan since I've never been in the area before and felt kinda lost. Will definitely come back every time I'm here.

This hotel was amazing!  I promised the manager I would write a review and I am because I hope other people will go here.  The rooms are fantastic.  Very cozy, very modern, and most of all so very clean.  I walked barefoot on the cement floor and not a speck of dirt on my feet!  The sheets smelled wonderful.  The amenities included in the room were great.  The staff was absolutely great from the moment I checked in (I asked to check in a little early and there was no problem) to the minute I left.  Fast, super courteous, friendly, and actually cared if you0 like the hotel and if your stay was what you expected.  I cannot say enough about this hotel.  If you don't go you will be missing out!!

Trendy looking and clean. The bar prices were a little high. The accommodations were decent bed was really soft though and the pillows were really hard. The air conditioner kept coming on in the middle of the night about every half hour making a really loud clunking noise and waking me up. Had to turn the air conditioner off to sleep. Overall a unique place to stay but I might choose a place that is more comfortable and quiet next time.

We stay at NYLO every chance we get.  Usually it is for an overnight, this time we were lucky enough to have two nights at NYLO.  The staff is AMAZING.  Aaron is super accommodating, always has a smile and a friendly attitude.  NYLO is lucky to have him represent their hotel.  The food is always on point, delicious and served with a side of friendly conversation.  We are looking forward to our next vacation!!

The hotel is very trendy,  I love the concrete floors, however,  the walls and roof are concrete too. The decor is very nice, and the view of the river is beautiful as well.  All of the staff has been very pleasant to me.  The parking situation across the street is a result of them not having any open lots on the same side of the road as the hotel,  which is fine,  I applaud their restoration of such a historic site. The hotel used to be a textile a factory of civil war clothing,  which is very intriguing because  as you can see in my pictures the neighboring building is still in its original form but looks to be in the process of renovation as well.  The restaurant and outside space is beautiful. At night it gets a bit unnerving because you think about the origins of the building, a little spooky, especially when alone. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room, which was highly disappointing as I try to save when I travel for business.  All in all,  it was an interesting and pleasant 2 day stay.  The room was pretty quiet as well.
