We shall enforce the laws and ordinances in a fair, compassionate, ethical and impartial manner, recognizing both the statutory and judicial limits of our authority, and respecting the constitutional rights of all persons.
Vision Statement: The Clayton County Police Department is dedicated to establishing safer communities and improving “Quality of Life” by building community and business partnerships based on a foundation of trust, confidence and communication. Integrating these partnerships with the skills and knowledge of our officers, investigators, and technology, will assure a safer and better overall environment in Clayton County.
