The wait time for assistance, or a police report can be an hour, with you being the only person present. No one answered the phone, for 3 days in order to follow up on Police Services- which include ID & Records etc. It''s so far behind and the call prompts are not updated with personnel, to where I could get in touch with an officer, because there name wasn't present in the system. I thought I was in Mayberry, with how weak the customer service,  poor attitudes, work ethic and poor communication. Officer S. MOORE, really stepped it up, and the young lady at the front desk help a great deal. We have to do better yall. I worked with Homeland for 14 years and have never been to a station with so many flaws stack so high. Let's do better as a whole. Thanks for the opportunity for feedback. BLUE/ BLACK let's get it!

My car was stolen by the BJs. There is a police station right across the street. Took 45 minutes for a police officer to even show up. The thing is they know this is something that frequently happens yet THEY DO NOT PATROL THE AREA LIKE THEY NEED TO THEN OR SET UP MORE SECURITY PRECAUTIONS. BE CAREFUL, WATCH YOUR BACKS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL.

My truck got broken into and the cops came and asked if i checked if anything was missing i said i dont know i figured they were gonna finger print it ... Within 5 minutes she gave me a case number and was reafy to leave i said arent yall gonna finger print it she said oh its raining but they rain wasnt in my truck and so she called dispatch i assume and then said that they finger print people or who ever wasnt in and i was like well thats no good to me , but if it was someone of importance they would be all over it and what if it was a major crime scene what they gonna do oh we cant catch your killer or find your car our guys are off if my house was on fire the firedept would be right out ... They need to review their policy

Had problems with hoodlums, dogs barking, no lock on my room door. Mgr only argued. Asked for police and these young kids had no idea what to do. They let me know real fast they did not like talking to a caucasion woman. A sgt. was supposed to come by in 5 min but never did. DO NOT STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 ON VIRGINIA AVE... very scary.... no security... drugged out people in hallway and the police pick and choose what color citizen they want to serve. Very disappointed in East Point. Would move but no rooms in area due to Hurricane Irma
