I've lived here before and returned again post-deployment because of location, the quietness and cleanliness of the neighborhood. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. I can't count the times they've gone out of their way to make my stay here pleasant. Maintenance issues are handled really fast and done well.  If you're looking for a place that's quiet and comfortable that's still close to shopping and restaurants, then Clear Creek Meadows is the place for you. Not to mention, it's less than a ten minute drive from Fort Hood if you work there.

We just moved into Clear Creek Meadows Apartments, and so far we absolutely love it.The rental process was easy and the staff is super friendly and always willing to answer questions. The community itself is clean and well maintained. Our few maintenance issues upon moving in were addressed the very next day. The gated community adds a definite feeling of security; we are also pleased with how quiet the neighborhood is. Our sole complaint is that the kitchen/dining area is a little cramped, although it does make amends by having tons of cabinet space. The pool and exercise room are major bonuses, as well. We may never leave!

I could not think of a better place to recommend. Short or long term they are worth the stay! The staff is absolutely amazing. They treat you like a person, not a number. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are home.

I have lived here for 3 years and I have enjoyed it and I plan on staying here as long as I am able to. I recommend this place to everyone that asks about it and I always tell them they should live here!

I love living here at Clear Creek Meadows. The Staff here have always been friendly and professional. I have been in the Army for 12 years. I’ve stayed at many different apartments across the country, and I must say that this apartment complex is the best one I have ever lived in. The landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the apartments is always on point. The grass is always cut, and you never see trash lying around the outside of the apartments. The outside dumpsters are conveniently located between the different apartments, making taking out the trash an ease. Anytime you have a maintenance issue, the maintenance team always takes care of repairs in an expeditious manner. Melissa Ramsey, the assistant manager, is always friendly and so very helpfully! She made my move from Ft. Benning, GA to Ft. Hood, TX an easy transition. No matter how busy she is, she is able to multi-task and resolves any issues or concerns in an expeditious manner as well. All the staff at Clear Creek Meadows makes you feel as if you are part of a big family. Hands down, Clear Creek Meadows is the best apartment complex in the Ft. Hood area. Trust me, you won't be disappointed living here!
