My dogs ran away this summer and were found about 14 hours later, collapsed in someone's front yard.  I called Apache Animal Hospital and asked if I could bring them in to be seen. Without hesitation they said to come and they would be ready. Upon arrival, several techs came out to my car, and helped me get my dogs, big dogs, into the building; carrying one of them. They immediately went to work assessing and treating their injuries. As I waited to hear from the Dr., the staff reassured me that neither of my dogs were critical and not to worry. Although one of my dogs was in pretty bad shape, needing all 4 paws wrapped in bandages, neither required any additional time at the hospital. I would highly recommend Apache Animal Hospital. I had a great experience and really appreciated that they would see my dogs on an emergency basis, and didn't have to wait or drive further to get them care.

Our cat had to be euthanized ( put down ) it was horrible, First she was taken away. Then without her people catheterized in her leg. we waited in a remember your pet and pay $$$$$$$ to do so room. then she was brought back severely upset and given the kill shot. We could not bury her as winter had frozen our ground. They held her body for us until spring and  we received her body in a garbage bag, 

Years before at another vet we had another cat put down the vet came and gave him one painless shot in the neck he shuddered and went limp dead. This was bad but not horrible he did not needlessly get upset or traumatized.
