Went in to start the Building Permit process for a Retail space. The people at the Building & Housing Department were very friendly and helpful. It was fairly early in the morning and I was in-&-out within an hour.

The north elevator is broken 50% of the time. You can park in a handicap space and the only way to get to street level is to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Disgusting! For $10 a day per car, you'd think they could fix the elevator. Sometimes it stays broken for MONTHS!
