The customer service team Do Not return phone calls and they donot want you to lee more than one message because if you do, such as in my case, you DONT get a call back at all.  I've been waiting over three weeks for the caseworker to callback and to date have nor received a call.  Same with written correspondence,  they don't sent thst out either....  thus my reason for call.    Shame on you ODJF... My mother really needs assistance at least a return.

Have tried to call multiple times and have yet to speak to a person, you either can leave a vm or sit only hold only to have no one ever pick up the other line. my boyfriend and I have left multiple (nearing 10) voice mails on Susan Bordeaux voice mail and on the general line voice mails and yet to receive a call back. This has been a 2 month long battle and its absolutely ridiculous. 

And apparently no one there knows how to file paper work because we have submitted paper work and then have been asked to resubmit the same paper work.  Can someone there please do their job, some people are waiting for you to do your job so they can have medical assistance. Thanks.

This place is horrible they never pick up there calls & when you leave a message they never call the person back.
