All about giving credit where credit's due, lord knows BMVs need it. Bianca was so wonderful! I forgot a document I needed, and she let me run to my office, grab it, and come back without waiting in line again. She was very kind and quick.

I went there to renew my driver liscence. I follow the instruction on BMV website to bring all necessary documents. When I got there they told me I need to take my green card and a utility bill to prove my address which are not required base on their instruction on line. Then I took my grenn card and the utility bill next time. Now they told me I need to bring my social security card! What kind of staff you hired?! Can you tell people clearly what to bring in one time and be consistent with what you mentioned on line? 

Follow up, I went to another BMV office and renew my liscence without a utility bill and social security card. The staff at this BMV office said I don't need those documents if my liscence is current or expired within 6 months. It is exactly what I read on line!  So this proves the staff at the Shaker Hights BMV office are either have no idea what is their job or just don't want to do their job because they are lazy!

I would not recommend this BMV unless you got 3 hours or more to stand on your feet. It's terrible and I thought the BMV on E 55th was the worst.  I am going to one of the ones in the suburbs.  I have to take a number but at least I can sit while I wait
