If I could give zero stars, I would. Holy cow! The woman I spoke to in the WIC department had to have been the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone. All I needed was some questions answered about how my daughter could go about getting WIC for the baby she delivered a month early. She was rude, snarky and absolutely no help. I was able to call the actual Dept of Health and found someone helpful.

Had a Horrible experience! The staff was rude and obtuse their attitude was not conducive to helping someone who’s going through side effects from a birth control they recommended. I was warned about side effects but not how severe they would be and how long they would last, they said I’d have a headache but I had a migraine that lasted for weeks at a time over a 90 day time period,when I responded after being asked why I wanted to discontinue birth control ,they acted like they were getting paid to make me keep the birth control in. I felt as if they were more concerned about the birth control than the well being of my body and my health. Their crass behavior did not fit a professional setting. I will NEVER REVISIT this clinic.

I have received services from them at their and previous location and every time I have had a very pleasant and timely experience.
