This location has always been pretty clean and professional so on the one occasion that I needed WIC again, I had no apprehensions about it at all.  However, while I had it after they started me it was not long after I found out I was taken off of the program but not only did I find this information out at the grocery store, when I called the department they informed me I was taken off due to missing an appointment.  I never had the information for this upcoming appointment or I would not have missed my appointment or I would have even called ahead to reschedule.  I was never called or informed of this missed appointment by phone, e-mail or text it was only after I called that I found out I was taken off of the program.  This program has helped me not just with one child but also my second baby.  I love this program because it helps moms to understand the parenting process but also the health and nutrition that goes into it and the financial burden that being a new parent can cause.  I will probably go back to this location, simply because it is my closest location but I wanted to let the public know what happened to me in the case that it may happen again to someone else.  My suggestions?  Let the patients know about upcoming appointments and when/if they miss an appointment, call and let them know the day of so that they can take action immediately and reschedule.  Thanks!

Never had to wait for more than five minutes. The service was quick and all of the workers I encountered were lovely. Would recommend scheduling an appointment rather than a walk-in.

They were quick and professional. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. A good experience.

Besides the front counter check-in ladies most of the staff was completely rude and unprofessional. My nurse argued with me when I tried confronting her about another nurse bursting my vein last visit I had and least to say I'm never going there again.

Went there and the service was great. Only sat in waiting room for under five mins. The only part i don't like is that there is people i cant understand. I could barely understand what a lady was telling me. Other than that perfect!
