I have been a patient of Dr. Wlaschin for over two years. SHE IS AMAZING!!! She takes pride in her business and treats you like a human instead of the old fashion in and out fast visit establishment. I have a serious eye disease and I can call her 24/7 and she will go out of her way to meet me at her office ANYTIME to make sure i am taken care of. Our family loves her.

Personal attention with outstanding patient care. I have continued to have all my eye care needs provided at Clifton Park Eye Care since they opened several years ago. The optometrist, Dr. Reem Wlaschin, has over 20 years experience and is a professional who demonstrates that she truly cares about her patients. She explains everything to you in terms so that you fully understand what your situation and needs are. The office staff of opticians and assistants are there to help you decide on frames from their broad selection and to ensure that your frames are adjusted to fit you properly. I have recommended Dr. Wlaschin and her staff to family and friends and all have returned saying how pleased they were with the special and personal attention that they received. Staff have also been extremely helpful in setting up emergency appointments when I've needed them. They have always been there when I've needed them. I have never received such special attention and treatment from an eye care provider elsewhere.

This optical place has a NO return/refund policy on a frame that does not fit correctly. I recently went there and picked out a frame, when my lenses came in (placed in the glasses with a defect) the frame was heavy due to bi-focals and this style did not have nose pads. After a few hours of wear I developed an indentation on the bridge of my nose that is sore and red. I have been forced to wear my old glasses and fighting with my insurance company to reverse a denial for a new frame. The eye care place sent a letter to my insurance saying I just wasn't happy with the fit and they tried to adjust them. Go elsewhere so that you can return an "ill-fitting" frame. Make sure you ask a lot of questions before purchasing a frame and always check the lenses before you leave an optical place. The staff here DO NOT clarify or explain to the patient in detail what they should know, this is there expertise and responsibility.
