I love shopping here. We need to get are dogs special food and sometimes it is hard to find. There is always someone to help. I also get my cat food here. When we started having to get special food the staff was very helpful. We also adopted our new cat from here. It was easy and she is a great addition to our family. They have everything you need for your pet.

It's worth the drive right by Petco to go to petsmart. Prices are better for the exact same products.

Wow!!! So I walk into the store at 5:18 with my brother to drop off his daughters dog for a 5:00 appointment and am met with complete attitude and disrespect. From my understanding, there is a standing 30 minute grace period; I could be wrong but it's what the manager said, and we were 18 minutes late. Young lady at the counter ter goes bananas. My brother composed himself and asked for the manager. The sales rep is still yelling about him being 30 minutes late and he should have rescheduled. She calls his wife and had an attitude with her even!!! Then the manager comes out; young lady as well, and she doesn't know how to handle the situation other than by telling my brother that he can't bring his dog in again. WOW!!! This store needs some customer service Re-training. We were delayed in traffic by more than 20 minutes and would have been there early even by coming from two cities over. We planned for delays but not that bad of delay and we're meeting with the worst attitude ever!!! Find another store for your pets, please!!!

My first visit was Outstanding, a floor worker, a manager and the clerk were great. I will be back with friends and family.

I love this place. I get everything I need for my bearded dragon, crested gecko and cat. Always clean and everyone is always helpful.
