AWFUL! i went in to sell my clothes and one lady told me the wait was 1 hour and a different lady told me 45 minutes. i was fine with it bc there were people in front of me but after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting i go in there to just pick up my stuff and my things are already prossed and were just waiting for me to pick up. no call, no text. nothing ! i was completely in shock of how much they wasted my time when i could have picked it up much earlier if they had called !

Very disappointed with staff and buying my clothes. I was not greeted and had to figure out everything on my own. Out of 60 items they only took two. I will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone.

Though they have nice clothes at a decent price, the staff is rude. One lady started to open one of the tiny closet size changing rooms they have and I requested the large one as there was no one in it, all of the rooms were open, and there was barely any one in the store. She refused saying she needed to reserve it for people who really needed it. She said that, despite the fact that no one was in it and the items I had would take 5 minutes to try on, that room would remain empty. Needless to say, I will be making the drive to the McKinney store from here on out. The staff there is kind and agreeable add they have a better selection. They just lost my business.

Love this store.  Great deals and easy to find sizes.  Only reason they don't get 5 stars is some stores won't let you use their restroom.  A problem when you live over an hour away.  So I stay away from some branches.
