This review is directed towards the jcpenny salon. At first I was impressed walking in the the stonebriar salon. It’s very nice and professional looking. But after taking my 15 year old son there to get his hair cut, I was very disappointed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience in a jcpenny salon. I’ve learned the hard way that it doesn’t matter where the jcpenny salon is or what it looks like, you at rolling dice going into these places. You’re better off either going to a professional salon or saving your money and going to a cheaper salon. Going to jcpenny is like throwing dice. I do not recommend anybody going to one of these places unless you have a particular stylist that you can trust.

In my opinion, JC Penny can no longer be trusted. I called their customer service number. Ironically, as you wait on hold, a voice reminds you that "Your call is important to us". Close to 1 hour later...really!!! So, I out waited there staff. They explained that its a busy Monday. What they fail to realize is that if your customers have to wait an hour then you have failed them! You do not have proper staffing. You have not empowered your people to handle the issues quickly and efficiently. I can't get anyone on the phone. When someone does answer they just put me back on hold. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it. Update I called headquarters and the lady was very nice she said she would let the GM know what's going on. She also told me my things were at the store to pick up. I was never notified by the store itself. Beaumont Parkdale Mall gets one star.

I went upstairs to buy some sheets, knife set etc. the Indian lady! Name SREE was rude as hell! I don't know who the store manager is or who hired her to work their but she is horrible with the way she speaks to customers such as myself I put my stuff back because of her rude JCPenney don't deserve my money! She wouldn't double bag my stuff she told me 1 bag would hold it all it's a waste. I over looked that.than I asked her was the knife set the one on sale for black Friday she lied and said they were sold out when actually it was a rebate. I use to love JCPenney but I see why you all are going out of business! Due to hiring pieces of bull ish like her I put my thing back! I said screw it because I can order on Amazon and not have to worry about bad ass customer service like this a waste of time , gas and more time. You all are giving Amazon your customers with what you hire to deal with the public.

Products are good, customer service at counters where INDIANS are stationed sucks big time !!!! some one needs to teach them MANNERS and 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'. There was this women associate by name arshita or arshad (I exactly dont remember her name but she was at billing counter at ladies innerware on 11/23), she does not know how to resolve billing issues, on top of that she will make the customer go away saying she cant process the price and goes on with next person in line. Her blunt statements were - I cannot process the price, though online it shows some price but we cannot give it at the online price, there is no way in the system to process the price .. all this happens after telling her that I had gotten the price from on of the managers on floor - Tami. I literally had to tell her multiple times, and then go to a manager, get the price checked again and this time manager says - who ever it is at the counter should honour the price, but alas... the counter women disregards it and goes on repeating same things, irony was just when I was dealing with this little mess, she got a pat from some manager through phone for selling more number or something, OFCOURSE when she wouldnt honour the sale price and sells things like in a fish market !!!!!!!! Then there was this 1 more person in 'Fine jewellery' section, I went and asked her if she can check a price of one of the items, in ENGLISH, and she literally throws her hand up to point to the board - fine jewellery, seriously? JC Penny only your products may be marketed as Fine but people working are soooo crude ....lol
